Step 1. Search

Global trademark searches, clearance report.

We help determine if a brand is appropriate for registration. We conduct searches of the records of each country in which the client wishes to have the mark registered. A formal written report is prepared for the client.

Step 2. File

Trademark Filing.

We file applications for UK, Community, French and international trademark registrations. We act as agents at the European trademark office (OAMI). We file applications worldwide with our network of attorneys, or directly at the world intellectual property organisation in Geneva.

Step 3. Register

Trademark Registration.

We assist our clients during every stage of the registration process until final registration. After registration, additional services we offer include trademark surveillance, maintenance and renewal.

If you wish to use your trademark outside of the EU, we offer international trademark registration. As many as 84 countries are available with one single trademark application in English.
